Can multiple users use Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp on the same device?
No, it is not possible to use Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp as different users on the same device.
Can I use Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp as the same user on another device?
If you link the game to a Nintendo Account, it's possible to use Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp as the same user across multiple devices.
After linking your device to your Nintendo Account, simply select Access Save Data when you first start the game on any other device to link that device as well.
However, please be aware that Leaf Tickets obtained or purchased in the game cannot be shared between different operating systems.
Is it possible to continue using Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp as the same user if I change devices or obtain a new one?

If you have already linked to a Nintendo Account, you can change your country setting in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp by changing the setting in your Nintendo Account. From within your Nintendo Account, click on User info and then adjust your Country/region of residence. The setting will automatically be applied to your user profile in the game.
Note: Your country setting should only be changed if your country of residence changes. You must agree to the User Agreement and acknowledge having read the Nintendo Privacy Policy of the new country before being able to change the country setting.
How can I receive the Log-In Bonus?
You can earn a Log-In Bonus once a day when you launch the game.

Note: If you've received all of the Log-In Bonuses within a set time period, you can't receive any more until the next time period.
When are the Log-In Bonuses and Daily Goals updated?
The Log-In Bonuses and Daily Goals are updated randomly every day between 6:00 a.m. and 6:10 a.m. UTC. These updates occur worldwide.
This is between 10:00 p.m. and 10:10 p.m. PST (11:00 p.m. and 11:10 p.m. when daylight saving time is in effect).
Note:
・Log-In Bonuses can be obtained once per day. You do not need to have the game open during the update; if you launch the game after the update, you can receive the new Log-In Bonus.
・Please be aware that any Daily Goals for which you haven't received your reward will also be reset at this time. If you do not obtain your rewards before this time, you will be unable to receive them after the update.

How do you move the player?
To move around, just tap the screen. Your character will walk to the location you tapped.
You can also drag your finger across the screen, and your character will follow along.
Additionally, tapping the screen is how you perform many other actions, such as talking to other characters, purchasing furniture or clothing from shops, and picking up items (such as fruit or shells) from the ground. Fishing, catching bugs, and interacting with furniture (both inside your camper and outside) are also controlled by simply tapping the screen.

What does the "Moving in" time at the bottom left of the map mean?
This is the amount of time left before visiting animals move to another location.
Once that time is up, the animals will leave whatever recreational spot they're in and another animal will come to visit instead.
An animal won't ask me for any more favors. What should I do?
Once you've done a certain amount of favors for an animal, they'll become satisfied and won't ask you for any more help until they move to another place.
However, you can use a Request Ticket to get even the most satisfied of animals to ask you for another favor.
If you don't have any Request Tickets, you can also use Leaf Tickets.
I was supposed to receive an item from the Log-In Bonus or from completing a Stretch Goal or Timed Goal, but it's not appearing in my Items list! What should I do?
Rewards from Stretch Goals, Timed Goals, and Log-In Bonuses will be sent to your in-game mailbox.
To check your mailbox, do the following:

To add a friend by sending an invitation via e-mail or text message, you can follow these steps:

❺ Select which method you would like to use to send the invitation. (Android users must first select the share button before selecting a method.)
This will generate a message with an invitation URL to send to your friend.
When your friend receives the message, they must tap the URL and follow the instructions to send you a friend request. You must accept their request in order to become friends.

To add a friend in person using the Send a Tune feature, you can follow these steps:
❶ Select Social.
❷ Select Friends.

❹ Select Send a Tune to use sound to add a friend in person.

You can subscribe by tapping Pocket Camp Club in the Menu. You may also see opportunities to subscribe in places in the game where membership would benefit you.
I no longer wish to subscribe to the Pocket Camp Club. How do I cancel automatic renewal of my subscription?

The steps for canceling automatic renewal of your Pocket Camp Club subscription are given below. If your subscription period expires and you have canceled automatic renewal, then you will no longer be able to use the Pocket Camp Club service.
Note: Automatic renewal must be canceled at least 24 hours before the expiration date.
If you cancel before your subscription period ends, you will not receive any refunds or credits for the remaining time left.
After canceling automatic renewal, you can keep using your Pocket Camp Club plan until the expiration date.

I got an error message saying there is an issue with my account settings. What should I do?

If you try to log in with a different Apple ID than the one you were signed in to when you joined the Pocket Camp Club, there will be an issue with your account settings.
To resolve this, first sign in with the Apple ID that you used to join the Pocket Camp Club. Then tap Menu > Settings > Restore Pocket Camp Club Data Settings.
(For Android users)
If you try to log in with a different Google Account than the one you were signed in to when you joined the Pocket Camp Club, there will be an issue with your account settings.
To resolve this, sign in with the Google Account that you used to join the Pocket Camp Club and then restart the app.
How can I receive monthly benefits from the Pocket Camp Club?
[For people who have continued their membership from before 11:00 p.m. PT on 4/30/2020.]
• This benefit will be distributed once per calendar month only. You can accept this benefit by tapping the Present icon during the period between 11:00 p.m. PT on the last of the month and 11:00 p.m. PT on the last of the following month.
• Please be aware of when you joined this subscription plan. If you joined the plan near the end of the distribution period, you will have a shorter amount of time to receive the benefit.
• If you have not received your monthly benefit and log in after your plan's validity period has ended, the Present icon will not display.
[For people who joined or re-joined after 11:00 p.m. PT on 4/30/2020.]
• You can receive your benefits when you tap the Present icon right after joining.
(If you've continued your membership from before 11:00 p.m. PT on 4/30/2020 and cancel then re-join in the same month, the timing for when your membership benefits are distributed may differ.)
From the second month on of your continued subscription for a plan, your benefits will be distributed at the set "base date" of 11:00 p.m. PT on the day following the day you joined. (The dates in these examples are calculated using 11:00 p.m. PT as the standard.)
Example:
If you joined at 11:00 p.m. PT on 5/15...
- Your first set of benefits distributed right after joining.
- Your "base date" will be set for the 16th of every
month at 11:00 p.m. PT.
- Your next distribution period for benefits

• You will be able to receive your benefits starting on the distribution base date until the next distribution base date. During this period, you will be able to tap the Present icon again.

• Even if you still have not accepted your benefits and you log in after the validity period for your plan ends, you will not be able to receive the benefits, as the Present icon will not display.
