The steps for canceling automatic renewal of your Pocket Camp Club subscription are given below. If your subscription period expires and you have canceled automatic renewal, then you will no longer be able to use the Pocket Camp Club service.

Note: Automatic renewal must be canceled at least 24 hours before the expiration date.
If you cancel before your subscription period ends, you will not receive any refunds or credits for the remaining time left.
After canceling automatic renewal, you can keep using your Pocket Camp Club plan until the expiration date.
Automatic renewal will be canceled if the renewal fee cannot be paid (credit card is out of date, insufficient funds, etc.)

Please note that to get Pocket Camp Club benefits, you must repurchase a Pocket Camp Club plan. However, if you use the Nintendo Account you used on your previous device, you can transfer your items. From the Apple ID you used to purchase your Pocket Camp Club plan, go to the Pocket Camp Club purchase screen and tap Finalize Subscription and you can continue using your Pocket Camp Club benefits without any extra charge.

The following are possible reasons why you may not be able to join the Pocket Camp Club.

1. You have already joined the Pocket Camp Club. Only one subscription to the Pocket Camp Club can be maintained per Apple ID or Google Account per save data. If multiple family members are using the same Apple ID or Google Account and one of them has already subscribed to the Pocket Camp Club, other family members will not be able to join. In this situation, another Apple ID or Google Account would need to be used. If a Pocket Camp Club subscription is canceled before it expires, a new subscription cannot be purchased until the old one has expired.
2. Purchasing is restricted. If credit card usage is restricted or parental controls that restrict making purchases have been implemented, then a purchase cannot be made. Please check that there are no problems with the payment method.

(For iOS users)
If you try to log in with a different Apple ID than the one you were signed in to when you joined the Pocket Camp Club, there will be an issue with your account settings.
To resolve this, first sign in with the Apple ID that you used to join the Pocket Camp Club. Then tap Menu > Settings > Restore Pocket Camp Club Data Settings.

(For Android users)
If you try to log in with a different Google Account than the one you were signed in to when you joined the Pocket Camp Club, there will be an issue with your account settings.
To resolve this, sign in with the Google Account that you used to join the Pocket Camp Club and then restart the app.

[For people who have continued their membership from before 11:00 p.m. PT on 4/30/2020.]

• This benefit will be distributed once per calendar month only. You can accept this benefit by tapping the Present icon during the period between 11:00 p.m. PT on the last of the month and 11:00 p.m. PT on the last of the following month.
• Please be aware of when you joined this subscription plan. If you joined the plan near the end of the distribution period, you will have a shorter amount of time to receive the benefit.
• If you have not received your monthly benefit and log in after your plan's validity period has ended, the Present icon will not display.

[For people who joined or re-joined after 11:00 p.m. PT on 4/30/2020.]

• You can receive your benefits when you tap the Present icon right after joining.

(If you've continued your membership from before 11:00 p.m. PT on 4/30/2020 and cancel then re-join in the same month, the timing for when your membership benefits are distributed may differ.)

From the second month on of your continued subscription for a plan, your benefits will be distributed at the set "base date" of 11:00 p.m. PT on the day following the day you joined. (The dates in these examples are calculated using 11:00 p.m. PT as the standard.)

Example:

If you joined at 11:00 p.m. PT on 5/15...
- Your first set of benefits distributed right after joining.
- Your "base date" will be set for the 15th of every
month at 11:00 p.m. PT.
- Your next distribution period for benefits
will begin on 6/16 at 11:00 p.m. PT

• You will be able to receive your benefits starting on the distribution base date until the next distribution base date. During this period, you will be able to tap the Present icon again.
• In some cases, the distribution base date may not follow the aforementioned rules due to system circumstances.
• You can see when your next distribution period is set to begin by tapping the Pocket Camp Club icon and checking the days until your next Leaf Ticket gift and days until your next fortune cookies.
• Even if you still have not accepted your benefits and you log in after the validity period for your plan ends, you will not be able to receive the benefits, as the Present icon will not display.
• Benefit distribution timing may change at a later date with subsequent version updates.
